I'm putting out the batsignal for the suit porn!nonny, but anyone who can help is greatly appreciated!

In the Lex charity scene where Clark and Bruce meet for the first time, am I correct that Clark is wearing a button-down collar and Bruce is wearing an eyelet collar (with visible tie pin)? I could probably make some assumptions what this says about either man's sartorial knowledge, but what would you say the difference is between their presentation at the charity ball? Is tweed back in style, or would Clark look like something of a bumpkin at that (metaphorical) ball?

And one extra bonus for you suit porn!nonny and everyone else...do you have a favorite outfit for the boys? Favorite suits? Something Henry or Ben may have worn on the red carpet? In the film?

I just wanted to stop by and voice my appreciation for how many Matches Malone fanciers seem to frequent this meme. Shine on you, crazy diamonds. All this fic is making me start to understand the appeal.

I am on mobile, so apologies for the lack of links, but if you remember the concept of "His Dark Materials" daemons, let's discuss a daemon au! What would everyone's daemons be?

I kinda want Bataman to be a daemon because that would be so interesting.

Does anyone know of any heroes who are actually jerks or only barely, just technically good? I don't mean heroes who seem gruff and rough on the outside only to be actually good deep down, but ones who are legitimately selfish and malicious.

The only two I can think of are the third Power Boy and and Jeph Loeb's characterization of Post-Crisis Supergirl.

Do you have any villains you love to see, either because you genuinely love them or just love to hate them? Any you find really interesting, or a few you wish were used more often?

I'm writing a story that is centered on a DCEU version of Dick Grayson. However, I'm only familiar with the character through the cartoon Young Justice. I'm looking for a beta who could help me with getting the character close to the comics, in line with the DCEU canon (I only saw BvS once in theaters and I don't own the DVD, nor have I seen the Ultimate Edition), help with other members of the Batfam, and also in general help with grammar and spelling.

The story is going to be Bruce/Clark, but that won't be the focus and I don't see other major pairings in the fic.

Is anyone willing?

Hey all -- I have a quck question! I just re-watched MoS and I *think* I know what I need to, but I just want to confirm as a fic I'm planning needs to fit the answer.

Does Zod ever tell Clark that they've discovered that the codex is bonded to his cells? I know Clark asks Jor-El what the codex before he floats off to save Lois in the escape capsule, and while Jor-El tells him what it is, he doesn't explain what he did with it.

I don't believe Zod actually told Clark later what he had discovered (seeing as they were busy punching each other), but I just wanted to make double plus absolutely sure. Googling hasn't given me the answer.

So, little help? Does Clark know he IS the codex now, or not?

The Superbat Big Bang announced that it is open for author & artist sign-ups today! It's an all-canons Bruce/Clark or Batman/Superman challenge. It's a pretty short bang (as far as bangs go), with a minimum of 8k drafts for authors (and no maximum), and 1 piece of art for artists. I don't know if there is anyone out there also interested in this ship, so I'mma just ask right away. I've been hooked since I first saw Ezra as The Flash in the JL SDCC footage, and the idea of him and Bruce together is so...tempting? Well, I hope there's someone out there, thinking the same thing as I was. AO3 has some fics about this, but you know, it's never enough ;-D

We're doing a fill fest for the next two weeks, from today until November 27th! The idea is to write/draw/finish as many kinkmeme fills as possible. Time to finish that half-written fill you've had lying around, or to write something for that prompt you've been thinking about for ages, or to draw something for a cool new prompt you only just found. Do people still use/look at the friending meme? Because I'm pretty new to the DCEU fandom and I just made a post there, in case someone wants to make a new friend :)

So a friend and I were talking about a superbat au inspired by beauty and the beast... we were talking about it ironically, but then I really started getting ideas for it, and here I am. Dx I have no idea if I should write one or let someone else do it. I'm posting here just to get other opinions and read what other people think about it! Not sure who Alfred would be, but the "batkids" would definitely be like Lumiere, Chip, etc. Maybe Alfred would be Cogsworth because of how formal he is, but then again, Alfred isn't afraid to stand up to Bruce when he needs it. Gah I don't know what to do.

So, currently writing a continuation of a fic I started earlier, wondering how one goes about finding a reliable beta in the nonnie-pool.
