And double yes, I love the idea that their taking-it-slow-because-pining-and-restraint turns into taking-it-slow-because-HOT-and-we-both-enjoy-delayed-gratification!
I know, right? :DD Because at some point it would have to be deliberate, at some point they'd both have to know that the other one wants them, too, but they enjoy that incredible tension of small touches and in a way that's way sexier than just going for it. But I think eventually Diana would decide to go for more, she'd definitely be the one to kiss him first. Probably at the beginning of one of their dates, when Alfred picks her up, and there's this long, sweet, lingering kiss ... and then he just takes her hand and they go out as planned. And the sexual tension is even thicker that night because of that kiss. (Also, random image, once they're at neck kisses - Alfred's fingertips sliding underneath the fabric of her dress at her shoulder, gently pushing it aside just enough for him to kiss her shoulder. WHAT ARE THEY DOING TO ME, I FEEL WEIRDLY VICTORIAN OVER HERE.)

Which means I need to come up with some Alfred/Diana feels that wouldn't take 20k for me to work through. /o\ :D
But but but ... Just imagining 20k of Alfred/Diana feels makes me too delighted for words. But tbh even 1k of Alfred/Diana feels would be utterly delightful. <3 Gah, I am super excited for signups.

I also adore Rachel and Art, yep, but Tim is definitely my fave. He improved every episode and every scene he was in. <3 Whenever he was missing for a few episodes I got so sad.

And then Lee getting Barney back at the end with that line about not having thought Sandra was Barney's type. :D OH YOU GUYS ♥
Haha, yes, that was hilarious (and I totally get why you waited to come talk to me about this, that's cool :D also, happy belated birthday <3). As an aside, I generally love how Stallone doesn't in fact make his characters hook up with hot younger women in most of his recent movies. I mean, he could do that, he's the director, but he doesn't. Instead he'd much rather write his and Statham's characters as a married couple who are each other's most important person.

I have no real opinion on parkour, tbh. ;D But Luc Besson is usually fun, so I'll see if I can check it out some time soon. Btw, if you like/don't mind some incest with your loyalty kink ships, I might also have more dumb action movie recs for you. ;)

And agreed that Diana would make the first obvious move, and oh, Alfred being swept off his feet but also running with it, hee, my heart. ♥

Yes! I definitely appreciated how there were openings, especially with Sandra and Maggie, and then he just ... didn't take them, when I feel like 90% of other action movies would have chucked a hookup or at least a kiss in there. That was great. :D Especially with the knock-on effect of letting me headcanon happily about why! ;)

Haha, I am just glad that you are not annoyed at this point by my rambling about ridiculous things like hand-touching and neck-kissing and then a first kiss that doesn't actually lead to anything more right away. Ahahahaa, and the first time they do sleep with each other, when they're undressing each other and her hands are starting to unbutton his shirt and he suddenly has this moment of self-consciousness because, god, he's an old man, and she's this epitome of human perfection, and his hands briefly stop hers and he only gets as far as "you don't want -" and she just interrupts him with "don't tell me what I want".

Yep, it's really one of the many many reasons I have an embarrassing crush on Sylvester Stallone, haha. Plus it absolutely helps with shipping - Lee is the one who desperately tries to have a normal life, with a normal girlfriend he could marry some day, while Barney is not even bothering to pretend.

I will try to watch the thing you recommended. :D And no worries if I don't say something for a while, I am awful about watching things right away and always take ages. But I definitely liked most Luc Besson things that I've seen so far.

So, speaking of action movies with loyalty kink, have you seen the Fast and Furious movies? And specifically the last two? Have you seen Jason Statham and Luke Evans being evil ruthless badass villain brothers who unfortunately don't really share screentime but don't even need shared screentime to give you loyalty kink feels? Because if not, you should. ;D

OOPS I C/PED AT YOU AGAIN. ♥ I love this so much - because no matter how comfortable with yourself you are, it's such a natural reaction when WONDER WOMAN is taking your clothes off; and Alfred wouldn't get all tied up in knots about it (BRUCE), but there would still be that moment of uncertainty. *____________*

Ooooh, were you in the Pacific Rim fandom? That fandom was so much fun right after the movie came out. It became kinda wanky later on, at least in other corners, but I had so much fun with Herc/Chuck (and wrote so, so much porn). I do love sibling ships a lot, too, but I just have such a thing for father/son ships. Partly because I generally like age differences and cross-generation ships tend to deliver on that more.

Right, she does, which is sad. But you get Luke Evans being creepy and kinda sociopathic and then you get Jason Statham on a glorious rampage of revenge (and, unf, he's HOT when he plays bad guys, I mean, I always find him hot, but it's like he gets more attractive the more evil his character is). It's beautiful. <3 And movies six and seven have more The Rock, and he's always great.
