Welcome to Round One of the DCEU Kink Meme!

Aaaaah, I read this yesterday morning and then failed to comment, like an idiot, but as always this is AWESOME. I love getting some Clark angst! Leading to Clark very sensibly figuring things out, and it's kind of heartbreaking that he doesn't know how much he doesn't actually know. Poor guy. He's going to feel so betrayed. :( All that guilt when he has no idea how much Bruce fucked up, too.

And I love his decision to work things out with Batman so he can be with Bruce, awwwwwwww. You have no idea, Clark. I love him going to look for the Bat! And of course Bruce avoids him like the master in avoidance techniques he is.

He doesn't even sound out of breath. Clark would think it was the modulator filtering it out; except when he stretches his hearing beyond it, catches the soft rasp of Batman's breathing, it's as regular as if he were just walking down the street—
This gives me both competence kink feels and general feels about Clark listening to his breathing and heartbeat. <3 I do love that Clark is all sensible and gives in, even if I wanted them to talk more, but I know that has to happen eventually. You're just building up the tension so well, okay? I'm very excited. :DDDD

And aw, Diana just picking Clark up at the Planet. And just digndfpigd about the whole scout ship stuff. I'm also really fond of the poor, confused ship. ;D

:D Oh, please, OP, you have ZERO things to worry about! You've been so so great about me just hurling updates at you all the time and replying to every single one of them, and I really do appreciate it - PLEASE don't feel bad at all if you do miss one. ♥ And so glad you appreciate Clark! He really is trying his best to make good decisions based on the information available to him, the poor dear.
