Oooooh, the first time Alfred kisses her neck, and he has a moment of hesitation because he's not 100% sure that she wanted him to, and she just turns around and runs her fingertips over his scruff, caressing him all gently and making it so very clear that she doesn't mind. And I want to say AND THEN THEY KISS, but they'll probably take their time with that, too. ;D But it's an almost-kiss. At that point they probably are really into their slow-burning UST
*has to go lie down and yell into a pillow* YESSSSSSSSSSS. And double yes, I love the idea that their taking-it-slow-because-pining-and-restraint turns into taking-it-slow-because-HOT-and-we-both-enjoy-delayed-gratification! PERFECT. :DDDDDDDDDD
Yes! Oh, I am so so bad at writing short things, haha, but I really want to write ALL THE TREATS for this exchange. ♥ Which means I need to come up with some Alfred/Diana feels that wouldn't take 20k for me to work through. /o\ :D
Tim's constant snark and how unimpressed he's with literally everything that goes on around him is a delight. And he's so done with Raylan's shit while also enabling him, it's wonderful
:D Plus so many ones! OH TIM. I always wanted there to be more episodes with Tim (and Rachel and Art, for that matter) than there were, because I love the ones where he gets a lot of screentime so much. ♥
I was starting to think that maybe you hated the movies and were just quietly not mentioning them again
!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER. No, no, I just didn't want to get totally OT all over our Sunday chat! And, well, it took up more of Saturday than I realized, haha, and then we had our watch party and then I had to run for it (half a birthday dinner at my parents' house! I actually am 28 now :D) and then I got back and the sparring fill had updated! :DDDDDDDDD So I didn't get around to actually replying to you over here until Monday. /o\ OOPS.
ANYWAY YES. I'm a sucker in general for really long-lasting relationships between people who don't talk about their feelings much, with all the unspoken connection and saying-volumes-in-a-glance that that entails. ♥ So I was absolutely predisposed to love these! :D
Now you make me want to roll around in my feelings!
MY WORST NIGHTMARE. :DDDDDDDDDDD Ugh, yes, the third movie was such catnip with the breakup-and-reunion, I LOVE THAT STUFF so. much. :D And yes, god, the constant asides! And then Lee getting Barney back at the end with that line about not having thought Sandra was Barney's type. :D OH YOU GUYS ♥
So I guess it's my turn to trade you a rec back: do you like watching parkour? Because if you haven't already seen them, you might enjoy Banlieue 13 and its sequel (which is sillier, admittedly, but still fun!) ...
