I love the intro, the slow buildup to the intersection between Matches and Clark - that Clark's stubbornness and determination to get a story would get him into this is really so perfect. :D And MATCHES, oh, lol, thank you for this so much; Clark meeting Matches and almost recognizing him, and each of them expecting the other one to say no, and then the bits and pieces of each other's real selves that slip through just making it hotter for them until they DO recognize each other, gaaaaah. The hints of loneliness and desperation break my heart, and the satisfaction in the use of real names at the end puts it back together. ♥
